These terms apply to the travel briefs and AI-created scenic-background files sold by Driftwise Travel. Purchasing or using a product means you agree to these terms.

Licence

A travel-brief purchase grants one buyer permanent, non-transferable access to the purchased web edition. A visual-product purchase grants the licence described on its product page for the purchased files.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, scrape, share an account, or offer the paid guide, purchased files, or substantially similar derivatives as a competing standalone product.

Travel-information scope

The guide summarizes public information and review patterns to support trip planning. It is not a booking service, live-price feed, hotel inspection, personal travel agency, transport guarantee, safety assessment, medical advice, legal advice, or paid placement ranking. Ratings, prices, opening hours, routes and conditions can change after the stated review date.

Review summaries describe recurring themes across public, verified-stay aggregates in our own words. We do not republish individual review text, guest photographs, or hotel marketing copy. A recurring theme is not a guarantee that every guest will have the same experience.

Currency views use dated public middle rates and are approximate planning conversions only. They exclude card spreads, cash-exchange spreads, fees and later market movement.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for checking current room details, final price, taxes, cancellation terms, food allergies, opening hours, transport schedules, entry requirements, health and safety information, and all booking or travel decisions with the relevant provider.

Accounts and access

Registration for a paid guide must begin from a valid completed order. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account. The purchase entitlement does not expire, but you may need to sign in again after a session expires. Contact support if legitimate access fails.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driftwise Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from travel, booking, transport, dining, or use of a digital product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
